SHIPPING & RETURNS


SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

Keep in mind that each of these are estimated time frames. In some cases, you may receive your order earlier than noted. If there is something preventing your package from shipping out on time, we will contact you to provide details.

Standard Shipping for Ready Made Pieces & Vintage: Standard shipping for orders is 3-5 business days. Most orders are received within 7 days of ordering. 

Custom Pieces: Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders, plus the standard shipping time.

Pre-Orders: Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing time on all pre-orders. Once processed, orders will be shipped.  In most pre-order cases, items may be coming from various warehouse locations. 

Made to Order Pieces: Please allow 7-10 business days plus shipping time for all made to order pieces.

Carrier Service:

We use standard shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Once your package ships, we are not held responsible for sudden changes that may result in delays, missing packages, or any circumstances that is out of our control etc. We are not responsible for any broken or damaged items that are a result of transit with the US Postal Service. If there is an issue regrading your package and/or the arrival or lack thereof, please contact USPS directly. Do Not contact Peculiar Treasures. We have no control once the package leaves our possession.

TRACKING:

All packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are insured with $50 worth of insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays from packages in transit. We DO NOT replace lost and or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your local carrier with the tracking number provided for any lost or stolen packages.

TRACKING NUMBER:

Tracking numbers will be emailed within 24 hours of shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

NO CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES.

Most of our items are made to order at time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and/or went into production. We also do not issue refunds or exchanges on sale/discounted items, such as online sales. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Due to the handmade nature of our wearable Art and the rarity of our vintage items all SALES ARE FINAL.  There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any orders(one exception, please read below):

We understand that mistakes happen! Store credit is available in certain cases based on our discretion. Please be sure to check your cart and size before completing your order. Send us an email for questions at shoppeculiartreasures@gmail.com . Please READ ALL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. Feel free to send us an email with any further questions you may have about a particular product before purchasing and we will kindly help you. 

Exception: We will allow returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY with our Peculiar shoes ONLY in the case that a shoe does not fit upon receipt. Do keep in mind that shoes are made to order and because of this we are not able to offer an equal exchange or refund. Please reach out to us immediately if your shoe doesn’t fit and we will send a return slip via the email provided at time of purchase. 

Return shoes MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit. All shoes must be received back in its original form. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging. Our “Do NOT REMOVE THIS TAG” tag must still be attached. Shoes must be free of signs of wear other than trying on. Should also be free of any stains, scuffs, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells. Shoes should not be worn. 

All shoes returned that do not follow these conditions will be returned to customer at the completion of a reshipment fee. Once this fee is completed, the denied returned shoe will be shipped back to customer. 

If your return has been approved, a store credit will be issued to you via the email address you provide at time of purchase.

 

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days from date of delivery at shoppeculiartreasures@gmail.com so that your case may be reviewed. If approved, a store credit will be issued. Please note, approvals are not guaranteed.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept cash, ONLY during vending events.
