Vintage clothing has traveled through time, therefore has been loved on and gained a great deal of character. While many items maintain their original appearance, there is a chance that some pieces will have wear and tear. In most cases we are able to repair items. In the case where an item has a flaw that has not been repaired, it will be noted in the items description. Its vintage! It's rare. It's quality and it found its way to the LAI Collection so it can find its way to you. Be gentle with your vintage and love on it for the years to come!

We carefully inspect each product before we sell it in our shop and before a garment ships out that garment has passed through a minimum of 2 inspection processes to ensure quality. If flaws are noticed, they will be mentioned in the description of the item. In the off chance you receive a damaged/defective item, we ask you provide photos in our return portal. 

Can I request a custom order ?

Are there any specific care instructions for head wraps?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of your head wraps:

  • Washing: Hand-wash or machine wash.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary.
  • Drying: Hang-dry or tumble-dry low.
  • Use mild detergents and avoid using bleach.

How do I care for my wearable Art pieces?

  • Clothing: Wash by hand and let hang dry. Steam. Depending on style, iron inside out. Be careful not to damage artwork. Handle with care.
  • Bags/Boots/Wallets: Wipe down with a lightly dampened cloth to remove dirt/dust.
  • Clay Earrings: Wipe with a damp rag to remove any makeup stains, dust, etc.
  • Place wearable Art in a safe place and admire it…I mean, it is Art! 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through a secure payment processing system. We do not store your credit card information. 

Do you offer payments through installments?
Yes. We offer installments through ShopPay on all orders over $50.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

There are NO REFUND or EXCHANGES on any orders. Store credit is ONLY available in certain cases.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Once payment is complete and order has gone into production, no changes to order can be made. Please note, we try to be very accommodating. If you have issues, send us an email at shoppeculiartreasures@gmail.com and we will try to help.
